Return and Warranty Policy

Return Policy

All the products are tested or checked in good condition before shipping, there is a slight chance the products are defective or damaged. However, you can return the products to us if it is our fault. We are glad to help you. Before returning the products, please read below tips:

1. Within 7 days from signing date if there is any quality problem with the product, please feel free to contact our sales manager. After confirmation, you can return them to us. Products without quality problems cannot be returned. A valid tracking number is requested to prove the date of returning.

2. After 7 days from signing date the product cannot be returned for any reason

3. We only accept products in their original packaging & conditions. We are not responsible for any breaking, scratches or losses caused by poor packing, unreasonable laying, or misused and assembled parts.

4. All returns must be informed with the acknowledgement of TELEMALL before return. Please inform our correspondent sales in advance before return. He/She will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which should be marked clearly on the returning box. A box without RMA number is not acceptable.

5. Returns should be made by mail postal service, no DHL, no UPS nor TNT. There must be a tracking number which could be followed on a related website. Otherwise, we’re not responsible for any duties on China’s side.

6. After we receive your returned item, we will test the products within 1-3 days. If it is our fault, we will resend you new products or refund you (Shipping cost is not refundable).However, below such issues,we are sorry that we would not be responsible:
1) Wrongly ordered items. If you placed a wrong order,we are sorry that there is no return or refund if we have already shipped the items. Please check carefully when placing orders.
2) Human Damages. We are sorry that we are not responsible for any broken or damaged items by yourself. However,if once you received the package, the product is damaged or broken, please send photos to us, we need evaluate, then we will decide how to solve the problem.

7. Customer is responsible for the return postage and TELEMALL is responsible for re-sending postage.

8. We reserve the right to reject services that would void the warranty and return policy, or if the products are damaged by customers.

Warranty Terms

About Warranty Period

If any of your purchases based on unused or uninstalled on a mobile phone is defective, you are entitled to a 12-month warranty repair, please kindly provide us with proof as below: pictures, videos to show the product now is defective. After informing us of the information and getting confirmation from us, you can send the items back for repair.

Before sending back, please note: Keep in mind that it's your responsibility to record and erase all info (e.g. texts, images, ringtones, contacts, etc.) from any phone or other items you return to us. TELEMALL is not responsible for any personal info left on a phone and will not guarantee that personal info left on a phone or other items will be erased.

For the packages returned to TELEMALL

The customer is responsible for all customs and tax issues and verifying the accuracy of the address. If the package is returned due to any of the following reasons, a replacement will require a re-delivery fee and if you want a refund, certain amount of delivery fee will be deducted according to the order value.
1. Returned due to incomplete/wrong address provided by customer
2. Returned by the destination country’s Customs
3. Returned due to non-delivery: customer does not pick up the package at the local post
4. Returned due to refusal of the package by customer
If the package is returned due to wrongly printed address on the package, the replacement will be free or it will be completely refunded. Please request a resend or refund .

For the packages not containing all the ordered items

It is likely you received a partial shipment. This means one or more of the items in your order is not currently available so the in-stock portion of your order was sent first. The rest of your order will be sent later. If you did not receive a partial shipment and are in fact missing an item then please contact us .
